Yes, but only read not tested. His main point was that branching suffered on every other scm. It’s true, I never used branches on svn, but I’m not branching on git either! so maybe for me, it does not matter.
Yeah, I really liked the idea of creating several branches just for yourself to manage a several independent features. I often find myself leaving features half written when something else comes along that has to be done *right* now.

Ah, I heard about that, but I’ve not watched it yet
It seems like Subversion has really fallen out of favor now, have you looked at monotone, Mercurial, or Bazaar?
